Our BIM process
Five steps, from the BIM execution plan to the as-built model.
- 01
BIM execution plan
BIM scoping, objectives, levels of detail and each stakeholder's role.
- 02
Modelling
Revit models for each trade and multi-trade coordination.
- 03
Coordination
Clash detection and BIM reviews until every clash is resolved.
- 04
Production
Construction drawings and design calculations taken from the model.
- 05
Handover
As-built documents, as-built model and IFC export.
Result
Digital models used as the single source of truth for the project, coordinated construction drawings, zero clashes and deliverables that meet the BIM requirements.

Frequently asked questions about BIM
What our clients ask us most often before starting a BIM assignment in Morocco.
What is a BIM engineering consultancy?
A BIM consultancy designs your project in a shared digital model (BIM, Building Information Modeling) rather than in simple 2D drawings. At CEJELEG, every technical trade is modelled in Revit and coordinated with the others, then construction drawings and quantities are taken from the model.
Are you a building services (MEP) engineering firm?
Yes. CEJELEG is a building services engineering firm: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, smoke control, fire protection and sprinklers. We produce the calculations, construction drawings and BIM models for these packages, for hospitals, towers, industrial sites and schools, in Morocco and West Africa.
Which BIM services do you provide in Morocco?
BIM management (BIM execution plan, coordination of all stakeholders, quality control), Revit modelling from LOD 300 to LOD 400, technical coordination and clash detection, construction drawings, quantity take-off, plus as-built documents and the as-built model with IFC export.
What are BIM coordination and clash detection?
Coordination overlays the models of every trade (structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers) to find interferences before construction starts. We analyse clashes with a 25 mm tolerance, propose the changes and track their resolution down to zero clashes.
Which software and formats do you use?
Revit (architecture, MEP, structure), AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / ACC, Solibri, BIMcollab, Robot Structural Analysis, CANECO, Dialux and SprinkCAD. Models are exchanged in IFC format so that every stakeholder can read them.
Do you work outside Casablanca?
Yes. CEJELEG has offices in Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech and works throughout Morocco, for example in Rabat, Benguerir, Berrechid, Bouskoura, Safi, Jorf Lasfar and Dakhla, as well as in West Africa, in Côte d'Ivoire and Benin.
